Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Counter Staff member at World Swing - Indoor Golf & Games, located on the Harbourfront in downtown Toronto, ON. The Counter Staff will be responsible for welcoming customers, assisting with bookings, providing information about the venue's services and offerings, handling payments, and supporting day-to-day operations to ensure an excellent customer experience. Other duties include maintaining cleanliness in the work area, ensuring equipment is organized, and assisting with light food and beverage service when required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Experience in customer service, with a focus on creating positive guest experiences and attending to customer needs promptly.
• Basic sales skills to promote services, packages, and promotions to guests.
• Knowledge or experience in food and beverage handling and hospitality-related tasks.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Familiarity with indoor sports, golf, or similar recreational activities is a plus, but not required.
• Smart Serve Certificate required -Food handling certificate highly recommended
