Overview

TMSI Sports Management is seeking a dynamic and experienced Club Manager to oversee the daily operations of our club. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to create an engaging environment for members and staff alike. As the Club Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all club activities run smoothly while fostering a positive atmosphere that encourages member participation and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all aspects of club operations, including staff management, member services, food and beverage and facility maintenance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance member engagement and retention.
  • Oversee the scheduling of events, and activities to maximize participation.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Manage budgets, inventory, and supplies to ensure efficient operation of the club.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance to promote professional growth within the team.
  • Address member inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote club events and programs effectively.

Skills

  • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team building and motivation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with members and staff.
  • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on trends in member engagement.
  • Proficiency in customer service principles to create a welcoming atmosphere for all members.
  • Experience in budget management and financial oversight is preferred.
  • Golf Club and recreational experience required.
  • Experience in food and beverage, hospitality preferred.
  • Knowledge of recreational programming is a plus but not required.

Minimum requirements

2 years of Golf Course/Hospitality management required.

Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
