Golf Course Maintenance

The Quarry, Edmonton’s premier 27-hole public golf facility, is known for its high standards and team-focused culture. We are hiring motivated individuals to join our Turf Care Department for the 2025 season. This is a great opportunity to work outdoors, develop new skills and help maintain one of Edmonton’s top golf destinations in a supportive and growth-oriented environment. • *GENERAL INFORMATION**
• 4:30 AM start during mid season
• Later start times during shoulder seasons (Spring & Fall)
• April - October work period (weather dependent)
• Work period exceptions may be available for students
• *WEEKEND ROLE**
• Typically a 4 hour shift
• Every Saturday & Sunday
• Potential to pick up weekday shifts if you desire
• *PART TIME ROLE**
• Typically 4 or 7.5 hour shifts available
• Must work minimum 3 shifts per week
• Can be a mix of weekday & weekend shifts
• *Potential Duties**:
• Manual labour (raking bunkers, string trimming, etc.)
• Equipment operation (mowing greens, tees, rough, etc.)
• Miscellaneous project work
• *Compensation**:
• Starting Wage - $17.00/Hour
• Golf privileges
• Opportunity to be acquire new skills pertaining to all aspects of golf course maintenance and equipment operation
