Winnipeg’s only indoor golf dome is looking for motivated and passionate Golf Coaches/Instructors to join our growing coaching network. The Golf Dome, with over 35 years of history, is Manitoba’s premier indoor golf and sports activity center. Located in Winnipeg, our 80,000-square-foot facility features 5 Trackman simulators, 55 hitting stations, and an 18-hole indoor mini-golf course. Known for its welcoming atmosphere and affordable pricing, The Golf Dome has become a favourite destination for Winnipeggers. Our slogan, “Enjoy Golf, Health & Fun!” reflects our mission.

This role is ideal for coaches who want to earn commission while building their own client base, with the added benefit of offering exclusive student discounts to attract and retain players.

Our facility features over 50 hitting stations across a three-tier driving range, including Toptracer and Trackman technology, and an “all you can hit” system that provides a premium training environment year-round.

Responsibilities

• Provide private and/or group golf lessons
• Bring in and manage your own students/clients
• Deliver structured coaching based on skill level
• Promote consistent training and development
• Maintain a professional and positive experience for students
• Follow facility rules and coordinate with staff when needed

Requirements

• Must be 18+
• Prior golf coaching experience or strong playing background
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with ability to build client base
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Availability during evenings and weekends preferred

Assets (Not Required)

• Previous coaching certifications
• Experience using Toptracer, Trackman or similar technology
