Golf Shop Staff

As a member of the Golf Operations Team, golf shop staff is responsible and accountable for daily operational and service assuring programs to provide first class service for our guests. This includes meeting or exceeding our established standards for employee satisfaction, and guest satisfaction.

Duties include

• Daily member and guest check-in
• Retail sales
• Answering phones for any golf assistance
• Assist customers with purchases, tee-time bookings and inquires
• Tournament assistance
• Additional duties may be assigned as required

The successful candidate will possess skills to effectively communicate with team members, members and guests.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in POS systems and basic math
• Ability to manage time effectively and maintain organization
• Multilingual abilities are a plus
• Familiarity with Golf knowledge
• Hospitality/ service experience
• Enthusiastic people person

Must have a reliable form of transportation as there is no public transportation.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Wage: $17.85 per hour

Looking for candidates to start middle of April for Training.
