We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our Golf Course Grounds Crew at Rochester Place Golf Club & Resort. If you love working outdoors and being part of a dynamic team, this opportunity is for you.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and care of turf, plants, shrubs, trees, and other outdoor elements.
• Operate lawn mowing and landscaping equipment safely.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of equipment for various golf events.
• Perform tasks such as fertilizing, pesticide application, and weed control, following safety guidelines and instructions.
• Report any issues or equipment malfunctions to supervisors promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Previous experience in lawn care or golf course maintenance is preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
