• *About the Role**

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented **Greenskeeper** to help maintain exceptional playing conditions across our golf course. This role is essential in ensuring healthy turf, pristine greens, and an outstanding experience for our members and guests.

• *Key Responsibilities**
• Rake bunkers, & mow greens, tees, fairways, and rough according to maintenance schedules
• Operate and maintain equipment such as trap rakes, mowers, trimmers, aerators, and utility vehicles
• Assist with course setup (tee markers, hole locations, bunker raking)
• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and soil treatments under supervision (not all staff will be entrusted with these specific responsibilities)
• Irrigate and monitor turf health
• Perform landscaping tasks including edging, trimming, and debris removal
• Report course conditions or equipment issues to supervisor
• Follow all safety procedures and environmental guidelines
• *Qualifications**
• Previous landscaping, groundskeeping, or golf course maintenance experience is an asset
• Knowledge of turfgrass management is a plus
• Ability to operate turf maintenance equipment safely
• Strong attention to detail
• Team player
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license preferred

Greenskeepers begin work early in the morning to prepare the course before play begins. Start time varies throughout the season but typically coincides with sunrise. Flexible scheduling may be available depending on season and operational needs.
