In the position of Golf Course Marshal, you play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day flow of on-course golf operations. Through teamwork, excellent communication and amazing guest service, you help create an outstanding golf experience for our members and guests while fostering a welcoming and enjoyable environment on the course.

Key Responsibilities

You Will

• Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming golfers to our course and supporting them throughout their round.
• Monitor pace of play by managing on-course flow and assisting golfers when needed.
• Maintain the starter and marshal areas, including the starter hut and golf carts, ensuring they remain clean, organized, and well-presented.
• Starter duties may be required as necessary to assist with tee-time departures and provide important golf course rules and reminders.
• Assist with member events and corporate tournament setup to support successful golf events.
• Provide support for Outside Pro Shop operations as needed.
• Assist with on course maintenance as required such as filling divots with sand and repairing ball marks on greens.
• Complete all required Health & Safety training and always follow safe operating procedures.

Position Details

• Seasonal Part-Time Position: May through early October (golf season)
• Schedule: Approximately 2 to 3 shifts per week (4 hours per shift)
• Availability: Early mornings, evenings, weekdays, and weekends. Weekends are required in this position.
