We are currently looking for an **enthusiastic, customer-service-driven** individual to join our **Golf Shop team** This is a **part-time** position from approximately August to mid-November, depending on the golf season.

• _Golf and driving range privileges_

• *Primary Duties and Responsibilities**
• _Reliably open and/or close the Golf Shop_
• _Answer phone calls regarding tee time bookings and general inquiries_
• _Greet and assist guests before and following their visit_
• _Execute sales for green fees, driving range, merchandise, clubs and rentals_
• _Be knowledgeable about the tee time reservation system_
• _Ensure that booking and playing privileges for staff and public are being followed_
• _Be knowledgeable about all products and merchandise available in the golf shop_
• _Offer consistent professional, engaging, and friendly customer service_
• _Handle in-person complaints relevant to golf operations_
• _Assist with the course pace of play and golf etiquette as needed_
• _Assist with the general cleanliness of the golf shop, driving range, golf carts, and clubs as needed_
• _Assist with troubleshooting issues at the driving range as needed_
• _Maintain a professional appearance at all times_
• _Other duties as assigned_

• *Qualifications**
• _Knowledge and understanding of the game of golf is required_
• _Valid Basic First Aid Level, CPR-C, and AED Certification, or equivalent, will be required to be maintained during employment_
• _Willingness to complete a Police Information Check is required_
• _Previous experience at another golf course is an asset_
• Operated by Ten Feet Sports and Entertainment, Redwoods_ Golf Course_ has been s_erving lo_cals and guests since 1994. _Redwoods is situated in North Langley just _off of_ Highway #1 and minutes from the Golden Ears Bridge._
