Job Summary

The Apprentice Professional will be working under the direction of the Head Professional and in conjunction with the pro shop team to provide excellent customer service to the member and guests of the club.

Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional customer service
• Work in the Pro Shop handling bookings, tee sheets, merchandise sales and all other aspects of Pro Shop activity
• Opening and closing procedures
• Assist in management of tournaments and leagues

Qualifications

• Able to work independently and on a team
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service to members and guests.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with the POS System an asset.
• Working towards becoming a PGA of Canada member (PGM Student)

Compensation

$18-$19 per hour or weekly salary of $725-$775 depending on experience and qualifications
