Kitchener Golf is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to assist with teaching programs and lessons for the 2026 season. This position is based out of Doon Valley Golf Course, featuring 27 holes of golf, a full driving range, short game area, and pitch and putt course.

Kitchener Golf offers lesson programs for all skill levels and is dedicated to promoting the game by creating golfers for life. This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring or developing teaching professional looking to grow their instructional experience in a supportive, high-volume environment.

• Assist with junior camps, clinics, and instructional programs, while delivering private and group golf lessons to players of all ages and skill levels.
• The individual will help support player development pathways while creating a fun and inclusive learning environment.
• Pro Shop shifts are available for additional income.
• Preferred qualifications include prior coaching or teaching experience, membership or apprenticeship with the PGA of Canada, strong communication skills, a passion for growing the game, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Assist with junior camps, clinics, and instructional programs
• Deliver private and group lessons to golfers of various ages and abilities
• Support the development and execution of player development pathways
• Help foster a fun, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
• Maintain professionalism while representing Kitchener Golf
• Pro Shop shifts available to supplement income
• Previous teaching or coaching experience preferred
• PGA of Canada member or apprentice
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for growing the game of golf
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Teaching income - $35 to $75 per hour (varies by program)
• Pro shop wage - $20 - $22 per hour (based on experience)
