Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Oshawa, ON, for a Restaurant and Bar Manager. The role involves overseeing daily food and beverage operations, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include managing staff, training team members, developing and enhancing customer relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring adherence to company standards and protocols. The manager will also be responsible for inventory control, budgeting, and planning events to enhance the overall guest experience.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Customer Service and Communication to ensure exceptional guest experiences and maintain positive member relations.
• Experience in Food & Beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and quality assurance.
• Demonstrated ability in Training and developing staff to deliver consistent and high-quality service.
• Knowledge and experience in Sales, with a focus on driving revenue, organizing promotions, and managing financial performance.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills for effective time management and handling unexpected challenges.
• Previous experience in hospitality or club management is preferred.
• Relevant certifications in food handling and safety are an asset.
