Pro Shop Attendant

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Pro Shop Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers with their retail needs. You will engage with customers to promote products, conduct product demonstrations, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere in the pro shop. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle transactions accurately will be key to your success in this position.

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and purchases.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits of merchandise.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on products based on customer needs.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
• Utilize POS systems for processing sales and managing inventory.
• Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting pro shop environment.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and technology sales to better assist customers.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless operations.
• *Qualifications**
• Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
• Ability to perform product demos and upsell merchandise confidently.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn about new products and technologies.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
