JOB ASPECTS

• Early shifts with afternoons off—mid-summer hours are 5:00 AM to 12:30 PM.
• Seasonal contract starting in April with end dates ranging from September to October.
• 35–40 hours per week
• Wages starting at: $20.00/hour, based on experience
• Staff accommodation (subject to availability)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be part of the team that keeps the course looking its best and creates a great experience for every guest
• Learn to use a variety of tools and equipment in a hands-on, supportive environment
• Gain behind-the-scenes experience in golf operations and help create a visually stunning course
• Spend your days outdoors helping the course shine—from mowing greens to shaping bunkers and keeping everything in top shape

QUALIFICATIONS

• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Thrives in a feedback-oriented, team-focused environment.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Physically capable of handling tools such as leaf blowers, trimmers, rakes, and shovels.
• Knowledge of golf is an asset but not required—we’re happy to teach you!
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
