Pro Shop Attendant

We are seeking a friendly and professional Pro Shop Attendant to join our team at our retail golf shop. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, assist with product sales, and ensure a welcoming environment for all guests. • Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs
• Handle retail sales transactions accurately using POS systems and cash handling procedures
• Maintain organized merchandising displays to enhance product visibility
• Manage inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
• Process payments efficiently while maintaining excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Assist with basic product knowledge inquiries
• Ensure the pro shop area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
• Support promotional events and product demos to increase sales engagement

• Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities
• Proficiency in retail sales, cashiering, POS systems, and cash handling procedures
• Basic math skills for transaction accuracy and inventory management

• Phone etiquette for professional communication with customers and vendors
• Knowledge of golf equipment or retail merchandising is advantageous but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.85-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Work Location: In person
