Classification: Full-Time & Part-Time

Wage: $17.85 per hour

Summary

The Salmon Arm Golf Club is seeking individuals who are interested in joining our Golf Operations Team, which is focused on providing the best golfing experience possible for our members and guests. This position is seasonal in nature, typically starting in early/mid-April and going until the end of October, dependent on weather. We will have full-time and part-time positions available for the 2026 season. Due to the nature of our business, successful candidates will be required to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends. This position includes greeting our members and guests and all aspects of managing our cart fleet plus maintenance of the driving range. Ideal position for students & retirees.

Responsibilities

• Greeting members and guests
• Checking golfers in and assisting with their golf equipment
• Directing guests around our facility
• Management, care and cleanliness of our power cart fleet
• Management and maintenance of our driving range
• General cleanup duties around the clubhouse areas

Qualifications

• A mature, professional demeanor
• Must be physically able to walk long distances
• Must be reliable to work shifts as assigned and to adhere to policies and procedures
• Positive, strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to work alone at times

• Must have own transportation back and forth to work
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
