Specialty Lead Installer – Luxury Golf Simulators (Contract)

The Opportunity

We are a premier golf simulator provider looking for a lead installer to handle high-end residential and commercial builds across Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. This isn't just "putting together furniture." We need a precision-focused professional with a background in finish carpentry, cabinetry, or AV integration who can navigate the unique challenges of luxury home basements and commercial spaces.

• Travel Coverage: Sometimes travel is required outside of Calgary. We cover accommodations at $150 per night per person, $99 per day per diem for food, and travel is covered. Mileage is $0.70 per km. If flights and rental vehicles are involved they are covered as well.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Precision Framing: Assembling aluminum/wood enclosures—must be square and level within 1/8".
• Finish Carpentry: High-end turf cutting, seam integration, and trim work.
• Technical Integration: Mounting projectors, tensioning impact screens, and calibrating launch monitor sensors.
• Critical Problem Solving: Every room is different. You’ll need to figure out shimming for sloped floors, ceiling height constraints, and cable management on the fly.

What You Need

• Own Tools & Transport: Reliable truck/van and professional-grade carpentry tools (Laser level is a must).
• The "Precision" Mindset: Experience in finish carpentry, millwork, or high-end renovations.
• Critical Thinking: You don't just follow a manual; you look at the space and adjust for the best result.
• Professionalism: You are the face of the brand in the client’s home.
• Insurance: Active WCB and $2M Liability Insurance.
