Golf Course Starter/Ranger

Crumlin Creek Golf Club is currently seeking EXPERIENCED Starter/Marshal to join our Golf Operations Team for the coming 2026 golf season. The ideal candidates will be responsible for the orderly and timely movement of tee times, controlling the pace of play, and ensuring the golf course policies and procedures are followed in addition to providing guests high quality customer service.

CANDIDATES MUST BE AVAILABLE EVENING HOURS AND WEEKENDS

Details of the position are as follow

• Provide a high level of front line customer service including greeting and engaging participants

provide instructions and course information

• Responsible for the organized timely and professional start and play of all rounds of golf that isenjoyable for all participants.
• Inspect the golf course regularly during each shift to monitor playing conditions ensure

appropriate pace of play and adherence to golf rules and regulations

• Communicate with customers on the course about any potential pace of play problems.
• Remain open and positive in communication with all customers• Report all concerns accidents and incidents to supervisor for follow up and takeappropriate action• Any additional tasks assigned by a manager and/or supervisor.• Be a great ambassador of the golf course.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to physically stand for long periods and have good mobility.
• Must be available weekends and holidays
• Must have extensive knowledge of golf (if you're a player that will help).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
