What You’ll Do

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to club standards
• Maintain strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, cocktails, and food pairings
• Provide recommendations to members when requested
• Maintain cleanliness of bar areas, glassware, and equipment
• Monitor inventory, restock bar supplies, and record breakage/spillage
• Follow opening and closing procedures
• Uphold Smart Serve guidelines, club policies, and professional appearance standards
• Deliver warm, professional service while maintaining confidentiality and discretion
• Assist with additional duties as assigned to support Food & Beverage operations

What We’re Looking For

• Smart Serve Certification (required)
• Minimum 2 years bartending experience (hospitality or club environment preferred)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Comfortable with standing, walking, and lifting up to 20 lbs\
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays\
• Team player who can also work independently.

Hours: Part-time 20–32 hours/week

Pay: $17.60 plus gratuities
