• *Must be available to work beyond Labour Day weekend.**

This position is ideal for those who can commit to evening and weekend shifts through the fall golf season. If you’re only available for the summer, this might not be the right fit.

• *About the Role**:

We’re looking for friendly, reliable team players to join our Golf Operations crew. As a Back Shop Attendant, you'll be one of the first and last points of contact for our members and guests, so a great attitude and attention to detail are key. From taking care of golf carts to handling bags and keeping things tidy around the back shop, this is a hands-on role that helps deliver the top-notch service our club is known for.

• *What You’ll Do**:
• Greet members and guests warmly and professionally
• Load and unload golf bags from vehicles and carts
• Keep the golf cart fleet clean, charged, and ready to go
• Clean and store members’ clubs and bags
• Maintain a clean, organized back shop, cart barn, and bag storage area
• Restock towels, scorecards, tees, and other on-course essentials
• Help with golf events and tournament setups when needed
• Follow all club policies, including proper dress code and conduct
• *What You Bring**:
• A positive, outgoing personality and strong customer service mindset
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet outdoors in all weather
• Dependable, on time, and professional in how you present yourself
• A team-first attitude and clear communication skills
• Golf or hospitality experience is a bonus, but not required
• A valid driver's license if driving carts or utility vehicles

• Mix of indoor and outdoor work in changing weather
• Shifts may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Standing, walking, and physical work throughout the day

Pay: $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 20 per week
