Job Summary

We are seeking friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front of House Staff to join our team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests, ensuring smooth service operations, and maintaining high standards of food safety and hospitality. The ideal candidate will have experience in food service environments, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in hospitality and food industry operations while contributing to a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and remain engaged while maintaining a visible presence on the floor
• Take orders accurately using POS system.
• Handle cash transactions and perform cashiering duties with precision and accountability
• Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards
• Record inventory at the beginning and end of your shift
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service stations
• Assist with set-up for banquets and tournaments as required
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service delivery
• Assist with food handling procedures, ensuring compliance with health regulations and assist kitchen when required
• Restock supplies and ensure a clean working environment
• Answer customers inquiries professionally and resolve any concerns promptly to enhance customer satisfaction

Skills

• Experience with POS systems
• Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
• Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication skills to interact with guests and team members seamlessly

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
