Indoor Golf & Lounge Attendant

Job Summary: The indoor golf attendant is responsible for ensuring that the indoor golf facility is clean, organized, and well-maintained. They will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all guests, including answering questions, providing assistance, and ensuring that all guests have a positive experience. They will also serve various food items & beverages.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, provide them with information about the facility and assist them with bookings.
• Ensure that the facility is clean and well-maintained at all times.
• Provide assistance to guests as needed, including helping them with their golf equipment and answering any questions they may have.
• Monitor the facility to ensure that all guests are following the rules and regulations.
• Ensure that all guests have a positive experience and are satisfied with their visit.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience with cash in/cash out procedures.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Knowledge of golf equipment and terminology is preferred but not required.
• Serving it Right Certification.
• Reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and reach.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: From $18.25 per hour
