SEASONAL POSITION - When the golf course closes all employees will be laid off for the winter. We do not provide LMIA or staff housing for this role.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of food service operations, excellent time management skills, and a passion for guest services. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our patrons receive prompt and courteous service while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using basic math skills to ensure correct pricing.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring proper presentation.
• Assist in sanitizing tables, utensils, and other dining areas to maintain cleanliness.
• Help guests with menu selections and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
• Process payments accurately through cashiering duties, ensuring all transactions are handled efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and potential allergens.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns.
• Uphold food safety standards throughout the dining experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
• Excellent guest services skills with a focus on creating positive dining experiences.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and order calculations.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to maintain health standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm under pressure.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
