Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with check-in, tee time reservations, and equipment rentals to ensure a seamless experience
• Manage course operations including pace of play, cart distribution, and course cleanliness to maintain high standards of service
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, offering course guidance, and resolving guest concerns promptly
• Handle cash transactions accurately for green fees, merchandise sales, and rentals while maintaining proper cash handling procedures
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of outdoor facilities such as carts, bag drop areas, and surrounding grounds
• Support safety protocols by monitoring course conditions and assisting guests with safety instructions when needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and a positive environment for both guests and staff

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or guest services is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Basic knowledge of golf operations or interest in golf is a plus but not mandatory
• Demonstrated commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences with a friendly demeanor

Pay: $17.60 per hour
