Our client is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Head Golf Professional to lead their prestigious golf club in Montreal. Key Responsibilities Oversee all day-to-day operations of the golf shop, including inventory management, merchandising, and sales. Provide expert golf instruction and playing lessons to members and guests of all skill levels, developing personalized coaching plans. Organize and execute various golf tournaments, clinics, and special events throughout the season.

Manage the club's fleet of golf carts and ensure their optimal condition and availability. Foster a welcoming and professional environment, ensuring exceptional customer service and member satisfaction. Assist with course management liaison to ensure optimal playing conditions and timely updates on course status.

Requirements PGA of Canada Class A Professional certification or equivalent international certification. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Golf Professional or Assistant Golf Professional. Proven experience in teaching and coaching golf, with a strong understanding of swing mechanics and player development.

Excellent sales, merchandising, and inventory management skills. Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities. Proficiency in golf management software and POS systems.
