Our client is seeking an accomplished and service-oriented Club Manager to oversee the comprehensive operations of their prestigious golf and country club in Oakville . This executive position requires a strategic leader responsible for managing all club departments, including golf operations, food and beverage, membership, events, and facilities, ensuring an exceptional experience for all members and guests. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for all club departments, ensuring seamless integration and high-quality service delivery. Manage the club's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue enhancement, and cost control across all operational areas. Develop and implement strategies to enhance member satisfaction, retention, and acquisition, fostering a strong sense of community and belonging. Oversee the planning and execution of club events, tournaments, and social functions, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and member expectations. Manage relationships with staff, members, vendors, and community partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Ensure the club facilities, grounds, and amenities are maintained to the highest standards of presentation and functionality. Requirements Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in private club management or a senior leadership role within the hospitality industry. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred. Proven track record in financial management, P&L responsibility, and strategic planning within a club setting. Strong understanding of golf operations, food and beverage management, and member relations. Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
