Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Front of House Staff located in beautiful Muskoka Ontario. The Front of House Staff will be responsible for greeting and assisting members and guests, ensuring a pleasant experience. Responsibilities include providing exceptional service, managing reservations, handling inquiries, and coordinating with other team members to maintain a smooth operation. Additional duties may include preparing presentations and facilitating events.

• Strong Communication and Presentation skills
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
• Passion for golf and knowledge of the sport is a plus
• Previous experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role is beneficial
