Wage rate: $46.15 per hour, for 35.00 hours a week

Education: College Degree required

Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Golf Pro Shop or related environment

Languages: English

Job Duties

• Manage inventory of golf pro shop sales, stocks and wastage.
• Assist with planning special events and promotions.
• Prepare work schedules of staff, daily paperwork and banking deposits, hire and train staff and monitor staff performance.
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, Assist in the implementation of policies, procedures, and budgets.
• Determine merchandise and services to be sold.
• Implement prices, develop marketing strategies and credits policies.
• Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and address customers’ complaints or concerns.
