Summer Student Golf Attendant

We are seeking a friendly and energetic Summer Student to assist in the operations of the golf course for the 2026 season.

The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest services and ensure a welcoming environment for players of all ages. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic outdoor setting, fostering community engagement and hospitality skills.

• *Duties
• Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression
• Deliver customer service over the phone
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of golf carts, equipment, and surrounding areas
• Provide guidance on course rules, safety procedures, and course layout to players
• Handle cash transactions accurately for merchandise or food service items using card terminals and POS system
• Support food service operations by taking orders and serving refreshments when needed
• Perform duties such as maintaining washrooms and general clubhouse cleanliness
• Assist with guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Monitor course conditions and report any maintenance needs to the appropriate team
• Help set up, organize and manage registrations during special events and tournaments, ensuring all logistics are in place and support is provided to participants

• Excellent customer service abilities to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat visits
• Cash handling experience for managing transactions efficiently and accurately

• Must be available to work various shifts, weekdays, evenings and weekends including statutory holidays - hours will fluctuate
• Must be a current enrolled or graduated student during 2026
