Work Location: The candidates will work at 2 of our Golf Resorts 2 of our Golf Resorts: Rocky Crest Golf Resort (20 Barnwood Drive, MacTier, ON P0C 1H0) and The Lake Joseph Club (1072 Elgin House Road Port Carling, ON, P0B 1J0)

Type of Employment: Full time – Seasonal/ 6-month contract

Estimated Start Date: April 20, 2027

Job Description

· Assist with landscape constructions

· Weed, prune and trim trees and plants

· Cut grass

· Rake and collect refuse

· Remove litter and garbage

· Cart and spread topsoil and other materials

· Lay sod or seed

· Plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs and trees

· Maintain equipment

· Water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens

· Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment

Requirements

· Education: Some secondary school is required

· Experience: Minimum 6 months of golf course maintenance, turf care, landscaping, or related outdoor maintenance experience required.

Salary: $20.00 hourly

Benefits: Shared accommodation provided at a cost (utilities included). Transportation costs covered if a worker needs to relocate. Uniforms provided at a discounted rate.

Important Information: The position requires flexibility in the schedule. Rotational shifts between 5am and 3pm. The employee will work a minimum of 30 hours per week, including days, nights, extended hours and weekend hours based on business needs. Majority of the workload will take place early mornings.
