Carnmoney Golf Club

Carnmoney Golf Club, located south of Calgary in the scenic Foothills of Alberta, is seeking a Membership Administrator/ Accounts Receivable to join our team. This is a permanent, part-time position requiring approximately 24-30 hours per week year-round.

Key Responsibilities

This role may evolve over time, with additional responsibilities as needed.

Membership Administration

• Process and bill annual membership playing dues.
• Handle payment processing and maintain accurate membership records.
• Manage the membership database, ensuring up-to-date and accurate information.
• Prepare and distribute monthly membership statements detailing account charges.
• Review and update daily transactions.
• Assist members with inquiries related to accounts and membership.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in administration, accounts receivable, and bookkeeping experience along with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
